Generative AI is transforming both what undergraduate business students need to learn and how they experience learning. This interactive pre-conference workshop will connect programme-level strategy with practical classroom application, helping participants move from isolated AI experiments to a more coordinated and purposeful approach.
Through case studies, demonstrations, and collaborative discussion, participants will explore how emerging AI tools can simplify complex concepts, enrich course content, deepen reflection, and increase student engagement. The workshop will also examine the broader decisions required to embed AI across the undergraduate programme, including curriculum design, assessment, faculty development, governance, and institutional priorities.
AI is rapidly changing work, but scattered experiments alone will not create lasting transformation. In this pre-conference workshop, participants will explore real-world examples of moving from one-off AI pilots to coordinated, institution-wide action. We will examine how leaders are redesigning workflows, establishing governance, and aligning AI initiatives with strategic priorities. Participants will leave with practical insights, candid lessons, and ideas they can adapt for their own work.
